An email from Douglas Manvell, chair of technical committee (ISO/TC 43/SC 1), in response to a question from Mark Grimshaw-Aagaard regarding authorship of the committee behind the ISO soundscape standards (Acoustics — Soundscape — Part 1: Definition and conceptual framework 2014; 2018; 2019). This was a follow-up email subsequent to the response from Agnes Sayer (Sayer, personal communication, 2023) in which Grimshaw-Aagaard was directed back to Dr. Sayer. The end result of the two email threads is that the names of the authors behind the standards remain obscured. Acoustics — soundscape — part 1: Definition and conceptual framework. (2014). Dear Douglas,
Are you able to give me the authors or the names of the committee members of the soundscape standards documentation? ISO 12913-1:2014 ISO/TS 12913-2:2018 and ISO/TS 12913-3:2019
They appear all to be published under your technical committee (ISO/TC 43/SC 1) but I cannot find a list of the experts comprising that committee.
