A description of an interactive tennis simulation. Of interest is the fact that actors (computer-generated players and the referee) respond to various sounds (and the article describes the technicalities of such). NB. They don't actually listen to and analyse the sound [in real time] but respond to the name of the sound file being played within the computer program.
