Cannot find information on the developer of publisher.

This game (Space Simulation) is usually claimed to be the first FPS game although using only wireframe 3D graphics. There were up to 32 networked players represented as wireframe spaceships so the game lacked the archetypal modern FPS element of a hand or hands holding a weapon.
